𝒯𝑜𝓅𝒾𝒸: "Growth: Inevitable Change"

𝒢𝑜𝑜𝒹 𝑀𝑜𝓇𝓃𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓉𝑜 𝒴𝑜𝓊,

Proverbs 1:5 reads, "Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance"...

In the above verse, King Solomon was providing a directive for wisdom. A wise person should constantly want to obtain the knowledge and understanding of God, consistent with a willingness to forever learn and grow.

In life, nothing alive should remain stagnant. Nothing about you should stand still where you are. Think about women who become pregnant. They learn of their pregnancy. They start having doctor appointments where they can see the babies growth via ultrasound. Pregnancies are broken into three trimester's. By the end of the third trimester, a full size baby is born. From birth, the baby goes from the following stages: Infancy, Toddler, Pre-school, Middle childhood (adolescence), Tween, Teenager, and then a Young Adult.

Additionally, think about the relationships in your life. If you've been married for ten years, is your spouse the exact person they were ten years ago? Are your sibling relationships identical to the childhood relationships? If you have elderly parents, they once took care of you, correct? With elderly parents, we find ourselves later taking care of them right? Relationships change because we change and grow. And I do mean progressing; not digressing.

When you first accepted Christ into your life, you were at an infancy level of salvation. Your relationship was brand new. You were like a baby needing milk before transitioning to solid food. Change is a part of life. We should not be the same person we were 2 years ago, or 5 years ago, or 15 years ago. Our knowledge should have increased. Our maturity should have developed. Our humility even looks different than previous years. Embrace the inevitable and grow with it. Deepen your relationship with God through His son Jesus the Christ. Like King Solomon was admonishing, increase in learning so you may obtain guidance.

Father God in the name of Jesus, help us Father to embrace change. Father God help us to understand that change is a natural part of life. Father we desire to grow in Your wisdom. Father God we desire to grow in Your knowledge. Father God we desire to obtain supernatural understanding so we may give back and help others.

Father God I pray for any reader who has felt stuck in their life and in their spiritual relationship with You God. Father God I pray for an awakening from their spiritual comas. Father God I pray that You awake the saints that are here on earth that have been sleeping to long. Father God help those who have been stuck in a rut. Father God change the desires of our hearts so that we may stay thirsty for Your Word. Father God change our appetite so that we may hunger for supernatural growth. Father God I thank You for growth and inevitable changes that have come only to make us stronger and to glorify You God. Father God we grow through studying Your word, staying in prayer, and sticking close to You. We love You Father and we praise You in advance for what You've already done in our lives.

It's in Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
